Rates:
- Spring (May 14 – 18, 2020) – $1949 per person. Price based per person and is subject to on resort availability during selected dates and does not include airfare. Upgraded room categories and suites available at an additional cost. Extended stays available at published rates.
- Fall (September 24 – 28, 2020) – $1699 per person. Price based per person and is subject to on resort availability during selected dates and does not include airfare. Upgraded room categories and suites available at an additional cost. Extended stays available at published rates.
Booking Procedure:
- BFF has been created as a room category for the select event dates, May 14 – 18, 2020 and September 24 – 28, 2020. Due to this reason, we have a protocol for extending room nights:
- Agent is not to book the BFF room category at all, instead they book desired room category (not BFF) for the requested travel dates
- Agent is to then complete a rate adjustment for the event dates. The remaining dates are including in the total at the available room rate.
- May 14 – 18, 2020 is to be priced at $1949
- September 24 – 28, 2020 is to be priced at $1699
- Agent is to then label the room with promo code “MYBFF”. This will help us in knowing that the guest is in the BFF group although they did not book the BFF room category.
