Day 1: Overnight Flight

Day 2: Athens, Greece Tour Begins

Begin your journey in Athens, the immortalized capital of Greece. Meet your fellow travelers at a local taverna in the city’s historic district, indulging in local cuisine and wine with

traditional Greek entertainment. Today dinner will be included.

Day 3: Athens

See the best of Athens with a local expert who highlights the city’s ancient roots on a comprehensive panoramic tour. Make your way along the worldrenowned monuments, including

the Temple of Zeus, the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the Olympic Stadium. Step into the past on a tour of the legendary Acropolis, an ancient complex housing

Day 4: Athens Mykonos

Day 5: Mykonos

weave in and out of whitewashed buildings. Or, you may join an optional excursion to the colorful village of Ano Mera followed by a visit to a local farm for a cheese tasting exploring

Day 6: Mykonos

Enjoy another day at leisure. Take time to explore on your own and discover this trendy destination however you’d like. Or, step into the past on a halfday optional excursion to the

isle of Delos* taking you to the fabled birthplace of the Greek Gods Apollo and Artemis. Today breakfast will be included.

Day 7: Mykonos Santorini

Your journey continues to Santorini, the Edenlike island where bluedomed rooftops and gentle ocean waves complement the bright white buildings and rocky hillsides. A

picturesque landscape and iconic destination, Santorini’s charms reveal themselves during your 3night stay. Today breakfast and dinner will be included.

Day 8: Santorini Akrotiri Oia Santorini

Uncover the past at Akrotiri, an ancient city buried and preserved in volcanic ash that is commonly referred to as the “Minoan Pompeii.” Take a peek into the 15th century BC and

explore the town. Head through a landscape of vineyards and volcanic cliffs to Oia, a seaside village with the island’s best viewpoints. Next, visit a local winery and enjoy the famous

wines of Santorini along with a light lunch. The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax and explore more of this Mediterranean gem. Today breakfast and lunch will be included.

Day 9: Santorini

Make the most of a day at leisure. Relax, shop in the island’s charming town center, or even visit a local museum. Or, join our full day Island Hopping and Sunset Cruise** optional

excursion for a visit to some of the magical islets that surround Santorini before enjoying dinner on board and sunset from the water. Today breakfast will be included.

Day 10: Santorini Athens

Depart the islands and fly back to Athens for your final night in Greece. Toast to the end of your sunfilled getaway at a farewell dinner. Today breakfast and dinner will be included.

Day 11: Athens Tour Ends

Wish the Mediterranean goodbye as your tour draws to a close today. Today breakfast will be included.

Experience It! Santorini

The Santorini of today is a vacation hotspot of white washed houses and bright blue rooftops – but it wasn’t always this way. The island came to be after a massive volcanic

eruption, destroying the earliest settlements on what was originally a single island in the southern Aegean Sea. See the history of the early settlements at Akrotiri, an excavation

site that details exactly why this area is considered to be the “Minoan Pompeii.” For a different perspective of the island, make your way through vineyards and volcanic clifftops

to reach the traditional hilltop village of Oia. This island is also known for their modernistic wineries, breweries, Cyclades dining, accomplished artists, and multicolored beaches.

Economy air rate and schedule are applicable for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same flights and

To complete your tour, we include roundtrip airporttohotel transfers when purchasing our airfare with your

tour. If you have arranged for your own air, we are pleased to provide you the option of purchasing these

transfers. Please note that all transfers will leave at prescheduled times.

Luggage handling is not available when getting on and off the ferries in Mykonos and Santorini.

Due to the nature of this itinerary, both 3 and 4star hotels that may be located in the vicinity of historic

centers will be utilized.

Due to ferry schedules on some departures, you may be required to depart the hotel as early as 5:30 a.m.

Should this be the case, a boxed breakfast will be provided in place of the regular hotel breakfast.

The overall activity level of this tour is a level 3. This means you’re an onthego traveler. You don’t want to miss a thing, so walking and standing for longer periods of time (23

hours) isn’t a big deal. A moderately paced twoandahalfhour walking tour, covering several miles, hills, and uneven surfaces, is no problem for you. Walking four miles over the

course of a day is very doable, as is climbing into and out of various modes of transportation (tuktuk, cable car, zodiac, etc.), specifically the public ferryboats between Athens,

Mykonos and Santorini in which you will need to handle your own luggage approximately 100 feet each way. In order to access the Acropolis archeological site, you will be required to

climb about 3040 uneven steps and walk over rugged terrain with loose stones and without railings. You can handle altitudes between 6,000 and 9,000 feet. Expect some longer

days with early mornings or late nights balanced with free time to recharge or set out on your own adventure. This level is not a fit for travelers who require mobility assistance

devices.

Day 11: Athens Istanbul, Turkey

Fly to Istanbul, Turkey’s most popular city. Considered to be the bridge between the East and the West, Istanbul is a central hub for intermingling cultures, complicated history,

and legendary architecture. The city was the former capital of the Byzantine and Ottoman empires – which is seen through its blend of timesgoneby nostalgia and ever-

evolving modernity. This evening, kickstart your exploration of Istanbul by sampling Turkish cuisine during dinner at a local restaurant. (D)

Day 12: Istanbul

Discover the city with a local guide. Start your morning at the famous Hagia Sophia,* the Church of the Holy Wisdom. At the time it was built, this massive cathedral was the

largest in the world. Continue on to the Blue Mosque,** where vibrant blue tiles line the building’s opulent interior walls. Then, visit Topkapi Palace, former home to the Ottoman

Sultans. After free time for lunch, continue exploring Istanbul with your local expert. Make your way through the lively Grand Bazaar and Spice Market, surrounding yourself with

artisan crafts, buzzing energy, and exciting vendors. Enjoy an evening at leisure. (B)

Day 13: Istanbul

This morning, take in the highrises and minarets of Istanbul’s majestic skyline as you sail between two continents during a cruise of the Bosphorus Strait, which divides Europe

from Asia. The remainder of the day is yours to spend however you choose! Explore the local boutiques or maybe taste the culture through Turkish favorites. Perhaps you will

choose to go on an optional excursion to a Hammam Turkish bath, where you’ll enjoy an authentic scrub and foam bath. (B)

*The Hagia Sophia is closed on Mondays. Should your visit fall on a Monday, the order of sightseeing will be rearranged in order to accommodate your schedule.

**No shoes are allowed when entering any mosque. Shoes are to remain outside and socks are recommended during this visit. Women will also be required to wear a head

scarf; these are available at each Mosque at no charge. Modest clothing is also required for mosque visits.

Cancellation Charges for this tour: After your seat reduction date has passed, a nonrefundable deposit will be retained. For Cancellation between 6016 days prior to departure:

cancellation fee of 40% of total price. For cancellation between 151 days prior to departure: cancellation fee of 75% of total price. For cancellation on the day of departure and

after: 100% of total price. For Ocean Cruises: For cancellation between 9061 days prior to departure: cancellation fee of 35% of total price. For cancellation between 6031 days

prior to departure: 60% of total price. 30 or fewer days prior to departure: 100% of total price. For River Cruises: including Europe, Russia, Egypt and China, 9061 days prior to

departure: cancellation fee of 50% of total price. For cancellation between 6031 days prior to departure: cancellation fee of 85% of total price. For cancellation 30 or fewer days

prior to departure: cancellation fee of 100% of total price. For Galapagos and Antarctica: A cancellation fee of 60% will apply for cancellation between 12090 days prior to departure;

A cancellation charge of 100% will apply for cancellation less than 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation protection is highly recommended and must be purchased at time of

deposit. Air rates are subject to change until tour is paid in full. If Travel Protection Plan has not been purchased and a reservation is cancelled for any reason prior to departure Air

is 100% nonrefundable once paid in full. Cancellation charges also apply to reservations made for “pre” and “post” night accommodations. Payment of a Per Person Travel

Protection Plan Fee guarantees a full refund of all payments (including deposit), except the Travel Protection Plan Fee itself, made to Collette for travel arrangements in case of

cancellation of your travel plans for any reason prior to the day of departure. The Travel Protection Plan Fee with Air only covers airline tickets you have purchased from Collette.

Exception: If you originally purchased nonrefundable airline tickets, Part B of the Travel Protection Plan may provide a refund for the airline tickets, taxes, or fees in the event of a

cancellation for a covered reason (see Part B for more details). The Travel Protection Plan Fee does not cover any single supplement charges which arise from an individual’s

traveling companion electing to cancel for any reason prior to departure. However, the Part B travel insurance includes a single supplement benefit of $1,500 for certain covered

reasons as detailed in Part B. In this case, the single supplement will be deducted from the refund of the person who cancels. Division of this charge between the two passengers

involved is solely their responsibility. If insufficient funds are deducted from the canceling client, the traveling client will be charged the remaining portion of the single supplement.

Cancellation waiver protects you from penalties in the event you have a need to cancel your entire inclusive tour package up to the day prior to departure. Cancellation waiver does

not indemnify you from penalties if you chose to cancel partial tour components or air. If you chose to partially cancel your vacation, you will be responsible for a revision fee as well

as any penalties that are incurred at the time of the cancellation. Upon cancellation of transportation or travel services where you, the customer, are not at fault and have not

Responsibilities: Collette monitors security situations around the world as well as government travel advisories. Conditions may require Collette to change or even cancel trips. You

accept the risks involved in travel, both foreign and domestic, and accept responsibility for your own travel decisions. Guests may be required to review and sign a participation

and hold harmless Collette Travel Service, Inc., its affiliated entities and its and their employees, agents, shareholders, officers, successors and assigns (collectively “Collette”), from

all suits, actions, losses, damages, claims or liability for any personal injury, death, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which is occasioned

by any negligent acts or omissions of Collette arising out of any goods or services provided for this or these trips. Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses or expenses

due to sickness, lack of appropriate medical facilities or practitioners, weather, strikes, theft or other criminal acts, war, terrorism, computer problems, or other such causes. Other

risks may arise such as, but not limited to, hazards of traveling in foreign countries including undeveloped areas, the hazards of travel by aircraft, bus, van, train, automobile or other

motorized vehicle, differing safety standards, sickness, criminal acts committed by others, allergic reactions, and/or animal encounters. You are voluntarily participating in the tour

and Collette, and as lawful consideration for the agreement to travel with Collette, you agree not to make a claim against Collette, its related companies, officers and employees for

injuries, death, or any other claim and agree to release Collette, its related companies, officers and employees from any such claim. This release is binding on all members of your

traveling party, as well as your Estate and heirs and this provision shall be enforceable even after your trip has ended. If you make your own air reservations, Collette is not

responsible and shall provide no refund if your flight schedule changes so that you are not able to enjoy the entirety of your tour. All services and accommodations are subject to the

laws of the country in which they are provided. Collette reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if
